Custom Electronic Connectors & Cable Assemblies
Board-level interconnect, cable assemblies and custom connectors — pin headers, IDC, DIN 41612, PLCC/PGA sockets, battery holders, RJ45 and USB-C. We design, build our own tooling and prototype in about seven days, from your drawing, photo or sample.

In-house mold design & tooling
We build our own moulds in our Guangdong plant, so custom housings, over-moulds and shells are engineered in-house instead of outsourced. Tooling cost is quoted openly and can be amortised against volume.

Send a drawing, a photo or a physical sample. Our engineers complete a DFM review, quote, and typically deliver first samples in about seven days for you to approve before mass production.

Quality control
Every cord is measured, not assumed
Insertion loss and return loss are measured on 100% of production, with interferometer end-face inspection on sampled and critical parts. Test reports travel with the shipment so your incoming QC has the numbers in hand.
